Drawing 1A = represents a bulging disc with NO conservative treatment as the
arrow suggested. It is of common knowledge that if left untreated, that will
lead to surgery.

Drawing 1B = represents a bulging disc with conservative treatments thru the
aid of a heating pad.

Drawing 1C = since the arrow is pointing upward, it means that the treatment
is making the herniated disc goes back to its original position and size.
